Who is the daughter of Vice-President of the US, Mike Pence?

Charlotte Rose Pence was born on 25th June 1993, in Arlington County, Virginia USA, and is a writer and filmmaker, the author of the book for children “Marlon Bundo’s A Day in the Life of the Vice President”, as well as the co-writer and executive producer of the Emmy Award winning documentary film “Fleeced”. However, Charlotte is best known for her family relations, with her father, Mike Pence, currently serving as Vice-President of the US.

Childhood and education



The girl was raised with two siblings in her birthtown by her parents – Karen Pence, a painter and educator, as well as Mike Pence, a politician, a former Governor of Indiana. Charlotte was encouraged to write from early childhood, and later studied at DePaul University, with a double major in English, Creative Writing and Digital Cinema. While still at the university she joined the sorority of the Chi Omega.

Concerning her career as a filmmaker, as it was previously mentioned she co-wrote and produced the documentary “Fleeced: Speaking Out Against Senior Financial Abuse” (2013). Charlotte was honoured with the Emmy Award. In 2016, she joined the team of directors who created the documentary showing the struggles of mental illnesses “For the Records”.

Even though Pence has participated in creation of documentary films, she considers herself to firstly be a writer. Her poems were published in the independent UK student “Isis Magazine”, and Pence also wrote an essay for women’s magazine “Glamour”. Relations with her family members

She is very close to all her family members, especially, with her younger sister Audrey, even though she is really quite different. Together they participated in the first official Vice President’s visit, to Australia.
