The 34-year-old is accused of hitting an e-bike in Hillarys, sending two teenagers to hospital, rolling his car and smashing another vehicle into a fence.

CCTV captured the Toyota sedan allegedly chasing two teenage boys on an electric motorbike as they all allegedly drove down the wrong side of Flinders Avenue.

Police say the sedan clipped the bike, smashed into a parked Nissan, then rolled.

The force of the collision shoves the Nissan into a nearby fence.

“The initial sound was a loud screech, then a big bang and a few bits of screaming,” first responder on the scene, Ben Wallis, told 9News.

Residents were first on the scene and found the teenagers injured.

“One of the kids had a pretty banged-up knee, I could see a bit of scratches and that,” Wallis said.

“Honestly, I’m surprised that no one got seriously hurt.”

The teens were rushed to Perth Children’s Hospital, but they’re expected to make a full recovery.

Police arrested the driver of the Toyota, a 34-year-old Duncraig man, at the scene, and he’s since been charged with dangerous driving.

Residents say similar incidents have occurred along Flinders Avenue in the past – it’s a straight suburban strip with a 50 kilometre an hour limit, but that isn’t slowing down drivers.

Just last month, another parked car was crashed into metres from the scene of today’s crash.

“It is quite renowned for cars hooning up and down,” one local told 9News.

Residents want speed humps installed to prevent another accident like this.

“They go really, really fast, and sometimes I cross the road to go to the beach, and yeah, I’m just really scared,” one girl told 9News.
