Two truck drivers have narrowly escaped with their lives after their vehicles burst into flames following a horror crash on Victoria’s Western Highway.
The fiery collision shut down a section of the highway at Dimboola, 330km north-west of Melbourne about 7.20am today.
Footage from the scene shows one truck flipped onto its side on fire, with thick black smoke billowing from the wreckage.
One of the drivers suffered minor injuries in the crash and was rushed to hospital.
The driver of the other truck was not injured.
Police warned of significant delays after the collision shut down the highway between Dimboola-Rainbow Road and the Borung Highway.
An investigation is under way to determine the cause of the crash.
