Denise Richards has been granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers.
In court documents filed Wednesday, Richards, 54, accused Phypers, 52, of threatening to kill her if she reported the alleged altercations to the police, according to TMZ.
“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,” Richards alleged.
The former “Real Housewives” star also detailed an alleged incident in 2022, when she said she was with Phypers at his workplace in Malibu when he “became paranoid” that the potted plants “contained listening devices.”
Richards alleged that he struck her in the eye with his hand and called her a “f–king b-ch.”
The “Wild Things” actress also revealed gruesome photos of her bruised eye from the incident.
The Post has reached out to Richards’ rep for comment.
Phypers filed for divorce earlier in July, and listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. He also listed the date of separation as Friday, July 4.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum married Phypers in 2018. She was previously married to Charlie Sheen, who she was married to from 2001 to 2006 and shares two children with. She has a third child via adoption.
Phypers, who was an actor-turned-wellness entrepreneur, with a holistic healing center in Malibu, was previously married to Nicolette Sheridan.
In the court docs, Richards also claimed that he got physically violent after she suggested that he refrain from accompanying her on a trip for work.
“Aaron grabbed me by the back of my head by my hair and slammed me into the ground and screamed, ‘You are not cancelling my flight, I am going with you and I do not trust you,’” she stated.
During a March episode of her reality series, “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things,” just four months before their divorce filing, Richards said, “I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f–king get divorced.”
In his divorce filing, Phypers asked to be awarded spousal support from Richards, claiming he’s made no income since closing his business last year.
He alleged she makes over $250K per month on various projects like her TV shows, brand deals, appearances and her OnlyFans.
Phypers estimated his monthly expenditure is $105K, including $20K on clothing, $18K on rent, $15K on entertainment, $15K on eating out, among other expenses.
Per TMZ, Phypers has been ordered to stay 100 yards from Richards and her property, including her home and car.
Their next restraining order hearing is scheduled for Aug. 8.
