Joe Giudice asks Trump for presidential pardon, ability to return to US years after deportation

Joe Giudice has called on President Donald Trump to grant him a presidential pardon more than 6 years after he was deported from the US.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” alum, 53, took to social media Thursday to issue a desperate plea to the commander in chief, 79, as he remains abroad following his indictment on federal fraud charges in 2013.

“I’m Joe Giudice. I served my time, and I’ve been deported from the U.S. for nearly a decade,” Giudice wrote on Instagram Thursday.

“I was raised in Jersey, I’m a father of four amazing daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again.”

The post featured a series of photos of Guidice with his kids Gia, Gabriella, Audriana and Milania, whom he shares with ex-wife Teresa Giudice.

“President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance,” he concluded, tagging the president and his son, Donald Trump Jr., in the post.

His family rushed to the comments section, with Teresa writing, “🙏❤️.”

“I love you dad,” Milania wrote, while Gia added, “I love you🙏🏻♥️.”

Joe and Teresa, 53, were indicted on federal fraud charges in 2013 and were both handed prison sentences.

Joe ultimately spent 41 months behind bars after pleading guilty to failing to pay taxes and mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud until March 2019.

He was later deported to his native Italy and now resides in the Bahamas.

Teresa, for her part, served 11 months in prison from January through December 2015. The two, both 51, divorced shortly after Joe’s release — and deportation to Italy — in 2020.

Earlier this year, Joe opened up about how much a presidential pardon from Trump would mean to him following his re-election.

“I got a lawyer working on something, but she’s been working on it. Hasn’t done anything yet. So I don’t know. We’ll see,” Joe told Teresa of his efforts in securing a US citizenship during a January episode of her “Turning The Tables” podcast.

“I did get in front of the embassy and they denied me because I guess I’m a big criminal,” he said.

“When I met Trump, I mean, he was very nice to me. I was very nice to him when we were on his show over there. I don’t know. I mean, I think he should get me back,” Joe added.
