Paris Hilton Just Dropped $63 Million on This A-List Actor’s Former Mansion

After losing their Malibu home in the Pacific Palisades Fire that devastated areas of Los Angeles County, Paris Hilton and her husband, venture capitalist Carter Reum, purchased another property not far away in Beverly Park for $63 million.

Here’s more on Hilton and Reum’s stunning new abode that once belonged to a Hollywood A-lister.

Hilton and her husband buy home that belonged to this famous actor

The Wall Street Journal reported on June 20 that Hilton and Reum purchased a residence in the exclusive North Beverly Park neighborhood. The mansion belonged to actor Mark Wahlberg up until 2023, when he sold it to a limited liability company for $55 million. The house was initially on the market for $68 million. Hilton was represented in the sale by her real estate broker brother, Barron.

The fabulous home sits on six acres of land and features more than 30,000 square feet of living space with 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms. It has a huge wine cellar, a grand entryway with dual staircases, a two-story library, a movie theater, and a gym.

It also boasts a number of outdoor amenities, including a sports court for basketball and tennis, a skate park, a five-hole golf course with a driving range, a resort-style swimming pool with waterslides, and a spacious guesthouse.

Hilton was one of the many people who lost a house in LA wildfires

Hilton and Reum’s Malibu home was destroyed in the LA wildfires last January. The hotel heiress took to social media with a post revealing that they learned about it while watching coverage on TV.

“Heartbroken beyond words,” Hilton wrote on Instagram. “Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience. This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.

“While the loss is overwhelming, I’m holding onto gratitude that my family and pets are safe. My heart and prayers are going out to every family affected by these fires. To all the people who have lost their homes, their memories, and their beloved pets. My heart aches for those still in harm’s way or mourning greater losses. The devastation is unimaginable. To know so many are waking up today without the place they called home is truly heartbreaking.”

She added that her 11:11 Media Impact Team had reached out to “nonprofit organizations to figure out how we can best support the communities impacted by these fires. We’re committed to offering help as soon as possible and making a meaningful difference for those who need it most.

“To the brave firefighters and first responders risking their lives to protect us–you are true heroes. I am so grateful for your courage, dedication, and the incredible sacrifices … Thank you from the bottom of my heart … Sending so much love and strength to all of you … Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight. You never know when everything could change.”
