Police are appealing for assistance to find Bella Morley, 11, who was last seen in Wollongong on Tuesday evening

An 11-year-old girl has gone missing in NSW as police launch a desperate appeal for information on her whereabouts.

Bella Morley was last seen in Wiseman Park, Wollongong in the state’s south about 7pm on Tuesday.

Police launched an inquiry into her whereabouts after being made aware by her family that she could not be located or contacted. 

Her family are extremely concerned about Bella and urge anyone with any information to come forward.

Bella is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 145cm tall, of medium build, with blond/brown hair.

The 11-year-old is known to frequent the Wollongong area. 

Anyone with information is urged to contact Wollongong Police Station.
