The enormous wind turbine part is jammed under the bridge, causing major disruptions

A wind turbine part has become stuck under an overpass on the Warrego Highway near Lowood in Queensland after a truck driver’s mistake. 

The enormous wind turbine part is jammed under the bridge west of Brisbane, completely blocking westbound traffic and causing major disruptions.

Police and transport authorities are on site assessing how to remove it safely without compromising the structure. 

Drivers are being urged to avoid the area, with delays expected this morning.
