“Our Delivery Unlimited service continues to be very popular with customers and with an unlimited number of deliveries for $15 per month or $119 for an annual subscription, it provides great value and convenience to customers,” a Woolworths spokesperson said.

Customers will instead receive three months complimentary Direct to Boot Now from Sunday, June 1 to Sunday, August 31.

The service, which offers direct to boot pick up in less than 60 minutes, normally costs shoppers $5 per order.

“We believe Delivery Unlimited still provides compelling benefits to subscribers,” the spokesperson said.

“However if anyone would like to cancel their subscription they can do so by contacting our customer service team.”

Customers will no longer be able to access the monthly Big W 10 per cent off discount from the subscription-based Everyday Extra program on Sunday, June 1.
