A Kyren Paris warning for those riding him in fantasy baseball

For whatever reason, when the name Kyren Paris appeared as the most added position player this week in ESPN leagues, the first thing that came to mind was remaking 1995’s “Forget Paris.”

Only instead of Billy Crystal falling in love with Debra Winger, this version would be Kylo Ren from “Star Wars” searching for love in Paris after burying his dead dad (Han Solo), as he strives for the power his grandfather, Darth Vader, once had.

The idea is in its infancy stage, but it sounds like a winner — or at least a decent “Robot Chicken” episode. Get on it, Hollywood.

Anyway, Paris made some noise in spring training and followed that with a hot start to the season after replacing Zach Neto (shoulder) in the Angels’ lineup.
