Kate took to TikTok to share a clip of her lighting a candle on a stack of pancakes and whipped cream.
The influencer was wearing a stack of silver rings – including one which featured an ‘L’.
And it wasn’t lost on eagle-eyed fans. One wrote: “The ring [crying emojis].”
In the video Kate’s candle is seen going out, and her followers insisted it was a sign from One Direction star Liam.
Someone wrote: “He blew out the candle for you.”
Liam died in October last year at the age of 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
Kate also shared an unseen photo of her with the pop star as she marked her birthday.
Earlier this year Kate spoke about his death for the first time in an interview with The Sun.
Fighting back tears, she spoke to her followers to thank them for their reaction to the story.
She said: “I’m not the only one grieving right now, I know he impacted so many of you guys and he really did love his fans.
“I just wanted to come on here and say thank you so much for all the kind words once again that have been sent my way because it does not go unnoticed or unseen.
“As I navigate this next chapter of my life without Liam, it’s just, I don’t even know what to say. It’s really kind seeing the support and love that has been sent my way.”
