Patrick and Brittany Mahomes‘ eldest child is already following in their footsteps.
The athletes’ 4-year-old daughter, Sterling, worked out with tiny gym equipment in videos posted to Brittany’s Instagram Story on Monday.
The little one panted as she ran on a toy treadmill while wearing a pink outfit and white shoes, her hair up in a bun.
“Nice!” Brittany said from behind the camera as Sterling paused for a break. “You’re out of breath? Oh, man.”
In the subsequent slide, Sterling lifted foam weights as her mom told her to “get it, girl.”
Brittany gushed, “Man, you’re doing legs and arms at the same time. Your legs are tired, too? Wow. Pretty good.”
When the former soccer player asked, “Who taught you how to do that?” Sterling replied, “Mom and Dad.”
Brittany and Patrick, both 29, welcomed Sterling in February 2021, followed by son Bronze, 2, and daughter Golden, 2 months, in November 2022 and January 2025, respectively.
Between babies No. 1 and 2, the high school sweethearts tied the knot in Hawaii.
Not only is Patrick the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, but his wife previously played soccer professionally.
Since stepping off the field, she frequently documents her at-home gym workouts on social media.
While pregnant at the start of the year — with her youngest child due “any day” — Brittany filmed herself exercising with Sterling and Bronze close by.
A few weeks after giving birth, she referred to Golden as her “fav workout partner.”
Most recently, she showed off her postpartum body last week while hitting the gym in a neon activewear set and matching sneakers.
“How much pink is too much pink?” Brittany asked her followers at the time.
