Mauricio Umansky was seen “making out” with a mystery brunette at the Chateau Marmont after a near run-in with two of his estranged wife Kyle Richards’ close friends.
An eyewitness told the US Sun they saw Umansky, 54, at the West Hollywood hotel “with two women” on Saturday night at the same time that Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne were there.
“He appeared more interested in one of [the women],” the source observed, as video footage taken from a nearby table showed the Agency founder and CEO at a small round table mingling with two female companions.
One of the women sat closely next to him, while the other sat across from the pair.
“They had someone bringing drinks to their table. They had sparkling and still water,” the eyewitness shared, adding that it was around midnight when they started to “close up the bar.”
“Lisa and Erika came out of the bathroom and walked past him, which was awkward,” the onlooker continued, emphasizing that “people noticed.”
The eyewitness was “pretty sure” the ladies “saw him” because the bathroom is located “directly opposite” where he was sitting.
Plus, “it’s a tiny room,” so “they would be looking straight towards him [while] coming out” of the bathroom.
However, the eyewitness doesn’t think Umansky noticed Rinna, 61, and Jayne, 53, who also “didn’t go over to speak to him.”
After the near run-in, the onlooker said the woman who was sitting across from Umansky and his apparent “date” left, at which point he began “making out” with her.
“Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up,” the eyewitness claimed.
“She seemed interested, and they were leaning into the kiss, but it still seemed more casual than serious.”
Reps for Umansky, Rinna, Jayne and Richards did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Though Umansky and Richards have been separated since at least July 2023, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was caught off guard when she saw a paparazzi photo of her estranged husband locking lips with actress Nikita Kahn in a Mykonos airport last year.
“I am not going to be sitting here having ‘wife’ on my Instagram bio with him running around with people. Why would I?” Richards, 56, said on last week’s episode of the Bravo reality series.
“In the past, it’s been hard for me to think about taking ‘wife’ off my bio or [removing] my married last name, but the picture changed that for me.”
Since the former couple announced their separation, the luxury real estate broker has been spotted out with several different women.
He was most recently snapped getting cozy with model Klaudia K in Aspen, Colo., in December 2024.
Richards, for her part, sparked romance rumors with Morgan Wade; however the Bravolebrity has repeatedly denied being more than friends with the country singer.
