Actor Liam Neeson — who has been in more than 100 films including the Oscar-winning “Schindler’s List,” “Love Actually” and an upcoming reboot of “The Naked Gun” — is listing his Upper West Side apartment at the Park Millennium for $10.75 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.
Neeson, 72, who lost his wife Natasha Richardson, of “The Parent Trap,” in 2009 from a head injury after falling on a ski slope, reportedly said that his dating days are behind him: “I’m past all that,” he said.
He’s also thinking about a Hollywood retirement — 47 years after his first film, “Pilgrim’s Progress,” in 1978. “I’m 72,” the father of two told People last fall. “It has to stop at some point.”
Neeson bought the apartment for $3.99 million in 1999. It was asking $12.75 million last year with a different brokerage.
At 4,524 square feet, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is on the 28th floor of the tower at 111 W. 67th St. Past residents there have included Howard Stern and Jon Bon Jovi.
The residence opens to a foyer that leads to a corner great room, floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of Central Park. There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen, an adjacent corner family room and a large dining area — as well as lots of custom built-ins and window treatments.
The main bedroom suite has park views, two spa-like baths and a gym. An Equinox gym with a pool and basketball court is also in the building, which boasts two separate entrances. Built in 1994, the building features 56 floors.
