A Georgia man allegedly shot one of his employees in the parking lot of a McDonald’s restaurant after the two had an argument about work.

Michael Allen Todd, 40, did not resist arrest when Gwinnett County Police officers responded to the scene in Lawrenceville on Feb. 19. Todd was charged with several felonies, including malice murder and felony murder after his coworker Donald Stewart, 43, was pronounced dead. Police said in a statement posted to Facebook that Todd was Stewart’s boss, and the two had an argument about work.
